The defining feature of the Union collection is its heavily textured, chunky loop pile. Expert weavers craft plump, felted wool yarns into thick, rounded pebbles woven closely together.

This deep loop pile gives extraordinary architectural depth, elasticity, and sumptuously soft cushioning to sink your feet into. Beyond its plush feel underfoot, the three-dimensional, cobblestone-like weave provides natural sound insulation and adds a rich, grounding texture to tiled, hardwood, or carpeted floors.

A Deep, Earthy Fossil Palette

The Fossil colourway delivers an organic, multi-tonal neutral inspired by natural stone and earthy mineral shades:

• Deep Fossil & Charcoal Base: The main body features a rich, moody blend of deep charcoal grey, warm mink, and dark stone.

• Heathered Earthy Undertones: Within the spun wool loops, subtle flecks of warm taupe, ash grey, and muted cocoa emerge, giving the dark pile rich visual depth rather than a flat, solid look.

• Light & Shadow Interplay: The raised, rounded pebble loops catch ambient lighting to form subtle highlights across the top of the loops while casting soft shadows between the weave.
